Jiffypot® 3" biodegradable grow pots

Jiffypot® biodegradable grow pots are made in Canada from compressed Canadian peat. They are approved for organic production.

Jiffy® says these pots improve rooting by reducing temperature fluctuations around the root zone and reduce water consumption over plastic pots by retaining moisture in the grow pot walls.

For strong rooted seedlings you can plant the pots directly in the ground and the roots will grow through the pot's walls.

You can also peel the pot away from the seedling's soil block to minimize disturbance to it's root system.
