Our "tangy greens" microgreens mix is a bright and spicy mix of komatsuna, collards, turnip, radish and red clover.
These microgreens include vitamins A, B, B6, C, E & K and minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, zinc & trace elements.
Each portion is: 1 teaspoon / 4g
Convenient, reusable grow tray

Made of durable, BPA-free and food-safe melamine. Trays are dishwasher safe. Trays are not microwave or oven safe.
Each tray is 9.5cm wide, 15cm long and 2cm tall (~3.75" x 6" x 0.75"). They fit on most windowsills making it easy to take advantage of natural light.

Grown indoors in about 2 weeks
You can easily grow microgreens year-round. Grow them on a windowsill or under a grow light and in just 2-3 weeks your microgreens will be ready to harvest.
